You can pay your Emirates Islamic as well as other Bank Credit Card bills conveniently using any of our banking channels.

For payments made using our digital channels including EI + Mobile Banking and Online Banking the payment will be processed within 24 hours. For payments made via exchange houses, it can take between 2 and 5 working days.

Payments for Other Bank Credit Cards

You can pay your bills for credit cards from other UAE banks via any of the channels below:

Your payment will be processed within 24 hours if the payment is made before 10:00 pm, else it will take 48 hours.

What is the maximum number of banknotes I can deposit at an Emirates Islamic Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)?

You can deposit up to 150 notes at a time and up to 200 notes per transaction at any of our CDMs. So, you can deposit 150 notes and then click "Add more' to add another batch of 50 notes.

What is the minimum amount I can deposit at an Emirates Islamic Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)?

You can deposit a minimum amount of AED 10 at any of our CDMs.

Can I deposit a manager’s cheque in a CDM against a credit card payment?

Yes, Manager’s Cheques can be deposited in CDMs against credit card payments. The cardholder's name and card number should be clearly mentioned on the cheque.

Do I get a confirmation SMS when I make a credit card payment via a CDM?

Yes, you will receive an SMS if the credit card payment is made via a CDM. If you use another channel for the payment, you will not receive an SMS.
